window insulation system

upper foam panel has 1x3" screwed on handle

lower panel is held in place by horizontal elastic

2 vertical elastics hold upper panel in place & allow for easily lowering the upper panel to let light in. easy as pulling a windowshade. upper panel lands on lower panel,elastics hold it in place until raised so to insulate upper windowpane.

both panels can be easily removed.
